This is always a hard scene for this Momma.
But we managed to keep it together (mostly) while Daddy was gone.
With Luke into everything I had to stay on my toes, which was quite exhausting.
We did have a few distractions, like fun paints from our small group peeps in MS.
I loved that it was messy-less.
And well one day I just needed flowers, so I went and bought me some. Yep, I'm not scared to buy my self flowers.
I cooked in my new apron, and that made my night.
And then the next morning the boys had to put their aprons (that Grana made) on and cook scrambled eggs.
The morning before Daddy came home, we were desperate for new ideas and distraction. So this is it, acting like the basket is a car. Driving it, and then getting stuck as we sit in and can't get out.
Momma got to be pretty great at making all the train tracks fit as well. Now Daddy is never asked to put them together. Always Momma, what did I get myself into.
And Daddy finally came home.
And he brought the boys ships from the Black Sea, and Momma some wool socks.
