Anna's dedication to Christ

April 9 2014

While we were in Mississippi it was really important to us to dedicate Anna to Christ purposing to raise her to in the truth of reconciliation that Christ died for.  We were able to schedule this with our church and since their next service wasn't till May, they made a special time for just us.

Here is our little blessing.
I hope to remember this day as we gathered to celebrate Anna, God gave us such a gift in her.
The boys taking notes.
Luke folding his hands as we prayed.

Sweet girl payed attention the whole time.  Didn't make a peep.

with Mimi and Aunt Ali.
with Babu and Grana.

All of our family that came.

Dirt digging and date night

April 8 2014

Mimi and Ali were on duty this morning while Drew had a meeting and Momma went to get a haircut.

Aunt Ali is moving her raised garden to her house and the boys helped empty out all the dirt and find worms.  I heard they had a blast getting dirty.  I am glad I missed it, honestly. Just something about my kids getting muddy/dirty makes me uneasy.
They look so proud of their worms.

Noah found a big one.

Later that afternoon, Mommy and Anna had just gotten back from the Lactation consultant and we set up a time on Thursday for baby girl to have her frenulum clipped.  Hopefully this will help her weight gain.

Uncle Clay came over and the boys stayed busy outside with the 4 wheeler.

We dropped off Anna with my mom, Mimi had the boys and we were off.
We got to go to the new outlet mall and have dessert.  It was wonderful.

Last day with Uncle J

April 7 2014

We did a lot of running around this morning.  And got lots done.  Momma, Luke, and Anna got to tell Uncle J goodbye before he headed back to Michigan.  Love my little brother, just wish we were closer in proximity.

Drew's Mamaw Mary died and he was able to go to Arkansas with Noah to help celebrate her life.
Here is the whole family.

Sundays in the Sip

March 6 2014

We got to be with our Church family on Sunday.  It was wonderful to see everyone we ran into.  And to worship with others.  We decided to take a family pic while my whole family was in town.  Who knows how long it will be till we are all together again.

I just love that we also got one with our family of 5.
Later after nap time, we went to Pops house.  They were gracious enough to keep the boys while we went to our old small group.
Noah was happy to see little Isabell again.

Watermelon time and date night

March 5 2014

We are enjoying some of the things that we love most about Mississippi.  Watermelon is one of them. It was a little early for watermelon but the boys still loved eating it and spitting seeds.  My mom will only have to eat a yellow watermelon for me later on in the year.  I will miss those.

The snowden men eat it the same way.  (hanging off the front porch)
Grana got some Anna snuggling in.
Even though we have this in Turkey, my mom's wisteria bush smelled so great.  I so miss growing things.  Bees buzzing around.  The boys were in awe of the pollenating/honey making process.
Got a little tricycle riding in too.
Noah's getting too big for it.  I remember when his little legs wouldn't quite reach.
Brother in law time
My parents kept the boys while we went on a date with Anna that night.  We shopped a little bit.  And then went to dinner.

Here are some of our shenanigans while Daddy tried on clothes.
Anna is figuring out who that baby in the mirror is......

 Please excuse all Momma's faces.
We went to a favorite in our town.  Jo's Dinner.
Anna had dinner and so did we.
