This time last year I was 15 weeks pregnant and just starting my monthly preggo pics (
blog link here.) We found out that we were having a girl and began thinking of the possibility of what a girl would add to our family.
And a year later I can say that our Anna Caroline is 8 months old and we are more than joyful about having our Daughter. She is so happy. She has begun to cling to Momma, as one of our friends took her to hold her, he counted down from 10-1 and sure enough she was reaching and ready to go back to Momma's arms. She will flash a smile your way, but quickly tuck her head back in to my neck and act shy. She has cut her first teeth. The bottom 2, and we are so happy about that, no more fussing.
She is wearing 6-9 month clothes, is 16 1/2 pounds, is trying to crawl but has the army pulling/crawl down and can go really fast if there is something that she wants. We bought her a walker and she is learning how to follow us around the house.
She loves my earrings if I ever wear any, and loves my necklaces.
She is learning to pull these bows off her head. pretty quickly after I put them on.
She has blondish/light brown hair but it sometimes looks like it has a reddish tint.
We had to move her crib down, as she was pulling up and almost over the side.
This is the one thing, with all my babies that truly makes me
feel like they are getting too big too quick.
Sweet girl napping.
Sitting with Momma one morning.
She has tried winter squash, green beans, cheese, bread, and peas this month. And she loves pizza crust after Daddy finishes a piece.
Here she is trying to decide to crawl.
